Struggling salesman Jack Wheeler is tricked into joining a Dark Web pyramid scheme called Killstarter, where anyone can fund an anonymous hit on someone who they believe “deserves to die”… murderers, rapists, child molesters, etc.
Killstarter founder Arthur Justin, a charismatic internet billionaire, explains “we’re disrupting a space that has been shackled by archaic laws and inefficient prosecution. We feel we’re providing a service to the community.”
When Jack’s fiancee becomes entangled in the scheme he must risk his life to save hers and find a way to turn the organization against itself.
